The Spanish police arrested a sex worker and a bouncer after an 18-year-old German tourist said he was sexually assaulted and robbed at a brothel in Mallorca.
Tourist says he was drugged and assaulted
The incident happened at the first days of July when the young German tourist went to a brothel on Ham Street with his friends. The group says they only had drinks and then left the place.
The next morning, the tourist found that the brothel charged 450 euros to his bank account. He went back alone to get his money back. When he threatened to call police, a bouncer forced him into a room where he passed out.
The tourist told to the police officers, that he woke up naked next to a sex worker in a bed with a used condom. He was then thrown out of the brothel and went to police.
The police arrested the bouncer and sex worker just hours after the complaint was filed. Both denied doing anything wrong. They sad everything that happened was with the tourist’s agreement and that no one forced him to do anything.
A judge let both suspects go free while the investigation continues, but they must follow certain rules. Police are still looking into what happened, and it’s not clear if there will be a trial.
